"Sunflowers" ©2025 from original watercolor by Dianne E {Patrick} Mira. The sunflower is considered a national symbol, representing peace, resilience, and hope, primarily due to its widespread cultivation in the country, its role in the aftermath of the Chernobyl disaster where sunflowers were planted to help decontaminate the soil, and its use as a symbol of peace during the disarmament of Ukraine's nuclear weapons in 1996. The sunflower design is available in both earrings at $20 and oval necklace at $30. Both necklace and errings are antique silver and are nickle, lead, and cadmium free. All components are manufactured in the USA.
